Bromma Stål is looking for a Lead Fitter to help build our fitting department into an elite organization.

We are looking for someone who is confident in fitting work, has good technical understanding, and wants to take a leading role both on the job site and in customer contact. Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Fitter, you will among other things work with:

• Fitting of steel structures and steel products
• Leading and distributing work at the fitting site
• Ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents
• Planning together with project managers, site supervisors, and customers
• On-site customer contact
• Solving practical and technical issues in the field
• Contributing to the development of our fitting department
• Creating structure, team spirit, and professional pride in the group

The role means that you are an important link between the customer, project management, and the fitting team.

Requirements

• Experience in fitting
• Very good ability to read and interpret drawings
• Experience working with technical solutions in the field
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Ability to lead others and take responsibility at the workplace
